Join the Chattanooga Boys Choir and renowned guest clinician Mary Biddlecombe (Artistic Director of the Vanderbilt Youth Choirs) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 for a fun, remarkable, and memorable experience of choral music-making especially designed for middle school choirs!
  • Full ensemble festival format - no auditions required!
  • Bring singers and choirs of any experience and middle school grade level.
  • Students should prepare music with the aid of provided part-learning materials in advance of the festival.
  • The day culminates in an evening performance with festival participants, Mrs. Biddlecombe, and members of the Chattanooga Boys Choir.
  • All events take place at First Baptist Church - 401 Gateway Ave. in Chattanooga​

WHO: Middle School choral singers in grades 6-8 are invited to participate from choral programs in public and private schools in the following counties (public schools in either city or county school systems are welcome to participate):
  * TN - Hamilton, Marion, Sequatchie, Grundy, Bradley, Polk, Bledsoe, Rhea, McMinn, Monroe, and Meigs counties
  * GA - Dade, Walker, Catoosa, Whitfield

COST: No registration fee for the festival!
* schools provide and arrange sheet music, transportation, and meals for thier participants

- There is no fee for participation in the festival. The Chattanooga Boys Choir provides all costs associated with clinicians, space, accompanist, and other required expenses. However, schools should make their own arrangements to secure transportation, legal copies of sheet music (four pieces), and meals (lunch and dinner) for all singers. The CBC will advertise to registered choirs a dinner option (i.e., delivered pizza) in January 2025 at a nominal cost per singer that will need to be secured and paid prior to the festival;
- Sheet music information is included above. All singers should arrive with their parts securely and confidently learned; 
- Practice learning tracks on the repertoire will be made available to registered schools upon the return from winter break in January;  
- All participants should arrive at FBC by 9:15am on the morning of Tuesday, February 10;
- All students should be supervised and chaperoned throughout the event, with a representative from each school in rehearsal during the day;
- The final concert begins at 6:00pm in the sanctuary of FBC-Chattanooga - it will include some selections performed by members of the Chattanooga Boys Choir and the festival pieces presented by participants in the day's festival, and last approximately 35-40 minutes. The community - including family members and friends of your singers, as well as representatives of your school - are invited to the performance;
